First off - NYers are crazy. They pay three times what a normal person pays for an apartment, and for half the space. Total square footage for this Harlem browstone studio? 186 sq ft!! That's including bathroom and closet.

My favorites so far are Patrick's and Brandon's, but there are some other good contenders as well.
